4. Placing Orders
You may browse and place orders for products through the Site and Services. All orders are subject to product availability, your eligibility for any applicable offer or discount, and acceptance of your order by us. We may impose restrictions on orders, including order quantities.
Prices: Prices for products on the Site are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£). We make reasonable efforts to provide current and accurate pricing when you place your order. In certain cases the actual price of a product may differ from the price quoted due to an error. In such cases, we reserve the right to either contact you to confirm you would like to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order.
Payment Processing: Payment processing services for users placing orders are provided by trusted third party payment processors. We do not collect or store full payment details. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method used at checkout for the total amount of your purchase, including all applicable taxes, fees, and other charges.
Order Confirmation and Delivery: We will send you an order confirmation email with details of the products ordered and estimated delivery timeframe. If any product in your order is unavailable, we will notify you via email. Delivery timeframes may vary due to product availability, address, destination, and other factors.
Returns and Exchanges: Purchased products may be eligible for return/exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy for full criteria and instructions.
Cancelling Transactions: Orders may only be cancelled up until they are packed and shipped. If your order can still be cancelled, please contact us immediately with your order details. Refunds for cancelled orders may take 3-5 business days to process.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall fazley® guitars, banjo, classic series bass, digital piano, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, opportunity costs or other intangible losses arising from or relating to access to, use of, or inability to use the site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Under no circumstances shall our total liability to you exceed £100 for any claims arising from or relating to the site or services.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these provisions may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
8. Indemnification

These Terms and any access to or use of the Site or Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms, the Site, or Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
The remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
11. No Waiver
Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right, power or privilege under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fazley® Guitars, Banjo, Classic Series Bass, Digital Piano relating to your access to and use of the Site and Services. These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements between you and Fazley® Guitars, Banjo, Classic Series Bass, Digital Piano relating to your access to and use of the Site and Services.
